Registration and fees
To register as a participant, you first need to create an account on this site. You can chose whether to attend as an active or as a passive participant and create your account here.
If you wish to attend as an active participant, you must also submit an abstract in your registration form. Your account will be inactive while we review your abstract, but once it is approved, the account will be activated and you will be able to log in and complete your registration.
After successfully creating an account you can proceed with paying the participation fee. You can submit a payment through the "Complete registration" Tab in your account / profile.
The following payment methods are available to you:
To submit a payment through PayPal you can use the "Make Payment" Button. You will be taken to an external PayPal page, where you can log in to your PayPal account and complete your payment.
Once your payment is through, you will receive an E-Mail confirming that you have completed your registration.
Alternatively you can use the "Make Payment" Button to pay with a Debit or a Credit Card. You are again taken to PayPal, but do not need to have a PayPal account. Instead, you can enter your Debit / Credit Card information.
As the payment is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail notifying that the payment was successful.
You can pay the participation fee with a transfer to the bank account given in the "Complete registration" Tab in your Profile. Enter your unique registration ID (consists of two letters and a number) as a reason for the transfer in your bank's payment order.
Note that your bank might charge you with a fee for the transfer. This fee is generally higher for international bank transfers.
It can take several business days for the payment to be processed after which we will reach out to you and confirm that the registration was successful.
The registration deadline is the 31st of October
The registration deadline was extended until November 6!
